Mom - I will always remember the times we spent together over the years. Especially you teaching me how to can pickles and tomatoes from the garden. You and Dad always had a gorgeous, fruitful garden. Sometimes we would spend all night canning, along with chatting and laughing! We loved looking at the finished products, feeling pride at what we accomplished and listening for the "snap" of the jar lids sealing. You were happiest among all your flowers and the many animals you had - especially your cats! I remember you always running outside to gather them all up when anyone mowed in the hay fields so they would be safe. You had that green thumb and could grow any type of flower. You saved many of my plants and most of the time I would give them to you so they had happier homes! I have transplanted some of your peonies and every time they bloom I think of you and I feel closer to you. You had a great singing voice and I loved to hear you sign lullabies. I sing "Two Little Playmates" to your great grandson Daniel-Paul (aka Boone) and tell him that his Great Grandma used to sing that to all the grand children...but of course you sang it so much better! You will not be forgotten - no one or nothing can replace the love of a mother. Even when you couldn't remember who I was, it did not matter to me because you held my hand and kissed my cheek and never forgot to say I Love You. Rest in peace, Mom, with Dad beside you. No more confusion or pain. Love You with all my heart!❤

In life, I loved you dearly.
In death, I love you still.
In my heart, you hold a place,
No one else will ever fill.
