Obituary of George Eskoff
LITTLE FALLS George Eskoff, 88 of 7 Valley Brook Drive, Little Falls passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Little Falls Hospital.
He was born on April 24, 1923 in Herkimer the son of the late George and Ksenia (Lytwin) Eskoff, Sr. He attended Herkimer High School.
Mr. Eskoff was united in marriage to his wife of 47 years the former Helen Bilek on February 7, 1964 at the United Methodist Church Parsonage, Little Falls.
He was a member of the Herkimer Masonic Lodge # 423, F&AM, serving as Master of the Lodge in 1965.
Mr. Eskoff was employed for over 30 years by the former UNIVAC Corp., Utica as a Supervisor and Inspector.
He is survived by his wife Helen, his daughter Laura Cassella and her husband Ron, Port St. Lucie, FL, his grandsons Dominic Louis Cassella and David George Cassella, both of Florida, his granddaughter Jenna Bolay and her husband Frederick, Folsom, Calif., his great granddaughter (who was born on his birthday) Charlotte Bolay and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers Michael Eskoff on August 10, 1979, Major John Eskoff on December 29, 1993, Jacob Eskoff on June 20, 2006 and by three sisters Sarah Eskoff on October 7, 1979, Helen Baburchak on December 26, 1993 and Stella Eskoff on January 20, 2001.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in Mt. View Memorial Gardens, Town of Little Falls.
Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. There are no calling hours.
