Obituary of Gladys M. Marek

HERKIMER - Gladys M. Marek, 88 formerly of 105 Protection Ave, Herkimer passed away Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Valley Health Services, Herkimer where she had been a resident since October of 2007. She was born on November 10, 1920 in Utica the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Kloc) Krol. She was educated in Poland, NY schools. Mrs. Marek was employed at onetime as an Inspector by the former P & K Dress Corp., at their Utica location. She is survived by her son Eugene J. Myrda, Little Falls. She was predeceased by her 3 husbands John Myrda 1944, Frank Urbanski in 1960 and Frank Marek in 1989. She was also predeceased by 3 brothers Stanley, John and Andrew Krol, 4 sisters Bertha Urbanski, Agnes Ambrowicz, Helen Kulesa and Catherine Polasky. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home,. Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls.
