Obituary of Helen K. Weckesser

Little Falls- Helen K. Weckesser, 96, formerly of 77 Burch Street, Little Falls and most recently a resident of Valley Health Services, Herkimer, passed away at Little Falls Hospital on Saturday, July 25, 2009. She was born on September 15, 1912 in Little Falls the daughter of the late Matthew and Katherine (Wosh) Urich. She was educated in the Little Falls Schools. She was united in marriage to Earl F. Weckesser on January 19, 1946 at Christ Lutheran Church Parsonage, Little Falls with Rev. JFK Reibesell. Mr. weckesser predeceased her on May 2, 1980. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Little Falls. She is survived a sister Gertrude Knapp and her husband Harold, Little Falls, a brother-in-law Walter Weckesser, Little Falls, a sister-in-law Helen Urich, Little Falls and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 brothers Fred and Ted Urich. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Mrs. Weckesser be considered to the Christ Lutheran Church, 14 Petrie Street, Little Falls, NY. 13365 Envelopes are also available at the funeral home for this purpose.
