Mildred M. Hobb Little Falls- Mildred M. Hobb, 82 of 14 Valley Brook Drive, Little Falls passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown. She was born on January 25, 1921 in Little Falls, the daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Hessler) Follmer. She was a graduate of the Little Falls High School, class of 1938. She was united in marriage to Ernest H. Hobb on July 29, 1944 at the Christ Lutheran Church, Little Falls with the Rev. JFK Riebisell officiating. Mr. Hobb predeceased her on February 25, 2003. Mrs. Hobb was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Little Falls. She taught Sunday School for a number of years and was active in various church organizations. She is survived by her sister Alice Lamb and a sister-in-law Minnie Anderson, both of Little Falls and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 5 brothers Alex Follmer, Lt. Col. Jacob Follmer, John P. Follmer, Edward G. Follmer and Henry Follmer and a sister Erna Monahan. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2003 at 11:00 am from the Christ Lutheran Church 14 Petrie Street, Little Falls with the Vicar James Paulson officiating. Interment will take place for both Mr. Ernest H. Hobb and Mrs. Mildred M. Hobb on Tuesday April 22, 2003 in Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills. Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. There are no calling hours. It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Mildred M. Hobb be considered to the Christ Lutheran Church, 14 Petrie Street, Little Falls, NY 13365. Envelopes are available at the funeral home for this purpose.
