Obituary of Holly E. Tibbitts

LITTLE FALLS - Holly E. Tibbitts, 51 of 368 Gun Club Road, Little Falls passed away Sunday, December 19, 2004 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Utica where she had been a patient since December 5, 2004. She was born on January 18, 1953 in Harvey, Ill. The daughter of the late George and Elsie (Graiziger) Helgersen. She was a graduate of Lincoln Way High School Class of 1971 and attended Valley Business College in Modesto, CA. She was united in marriage to Roger C. Tibbitts on December 31, 1982 in the Town of Little Falls. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Little Falls and the Christian Women's Association. Mrs. Tibbitts along with her husband Roger operated a dairy farm on the Gun Club Road in Town of Little Falls. She is survived by her husband Roger, her brother William A. Helgersen and his wife Helen, Mokena, Ill., her sister Betty K. Helgersen, Modesto, CA., her father and mother in law Morton and Betty Tibbitts, Little Falls, 4 nephews and 3 nieces. She was predeceased by a sister Linda L. DuBien, who died on November 30, 1983. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2004 at 6:00 pm from the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls with the Rev. Donald L. Dixon, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, Little Falls officiating. It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Mrs. Tibbitts be considered to the First Baptist Church, 555 Albany St., Little Falls, NY 13365 or to the Herkimer County Humane Society, P.O. Box 73, Mohawk, NY 13407. Envelopes are also available at the funeral home for this purpose.
