Obituary of Chad L. Nichols

Chad L. Nichols FORT PLAIN - Chad L. Nichols, 22 of 157 Pickle Hill Road, Ft. Plain passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at his residence following a life long illness of Cerebral Palsy. He was born on September 22, 1983 in Little Falls the son of Leland Nichols, Jr. of Salisbury Center and Heidi (Barton) Nichols of Fort Plain. Chad attended the Liberty Day Treatment program in both Amsterdam and Fort Plain. He is survived by his father Leland Nichols, Jr., Salisbury Center, his mother Heidi Nichols and Charles Dygert, Ft. Plain with who he resided, his paternal grandparents Leland and Linda Nichols, Sr., Salisbury Center, his maternal grandmother Wanda M. Barton, Palatine Bridge, his sister Daisy M. Nichols, Ft. Plain, 2 half sisters Kaylee & Breonna Nichols, Herkimer, a half brother Tanner Nichols, Herkimer and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather John H. Barton, who died on October 15, 2003. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2005 at 7:00 pm from the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls with the Rev. Dr. Steven A. Scarcia, Rector of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Little Falls officiating. Interment will take place in Church Street Cemetery, Little Falls in the spring. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home on Friday, December 9, 2005 from 4-7 pm and to attend the funeral services to follow.
