Obituary of Richard G. Cook
LITTLE FALLS Richard G. Cook, 59 of State Route 167, Little Falls passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 9, 2012 at his residence.
He was born on July 18, 1953 in Little Falls the son of Robert F and Violet (Vincent) Cook. He received his education at St. Marys Academy and was a graduate of Little Falls High School.
Mr. Cook was a self employed Logger, operating Rich Cook Logging, Little Falls for the past 30 years.
He was a member of the Dolgeville Rod and Gun Club.
A loving son, father, grandfather and close friend to many, he is survived by his mother Violet, Little Falls, his son Richard J. Cook and his fiancé©e Rebecca Herron, Little Falls, his daughter Jennifer Cool and her husband Jamie, Stratford, his former wife Patsy Cook, Ft. Plain, brother Robert J. Cook and his wife Stephanie, Little Falls, 5 grandchildren Owen Cook, Abigale Watson, Olivia Cook, Jamie M. Cool and Jayden E. Cool as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and his dear friend Moe, Dolgeville. He was predeceased by his father Robert F. Cook on December 27, 2007, his brother Ron C. Cook, January 27, 2007 and by his nephew Robert S. Cook, on December 1, 2007.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 4-6 pm.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills.
