Obituary of Stacy J. Muniz

HERKIMER - Stacy J. Muniz, 41 of W. German Street, Herkimer passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Little Falls Hospital. She was born on July 25, 1969 in Little Falls the daughter of Ealanor (Lamphere) Kurosky of Monahans, Texas and the late Raymond G. Rumrill. She was educated in Oppenheim Ephratah Schools and was a graduate of Dolgeville High School. Stacy resided in Texas for several years before returning to the Mohawk Valley. While in Texas she was employed as a store manager for the Family Dollar Store in Monahans. She was a member of the Curtiss Corners Stone Chapel Church, Salisbury. Stacy enjoyed spending time with her family and riding snowmobiles. She is survived by her mother Ealanor, her daughter Tabatha Mosher, Herkimer, her sons Scott Mosher, Salisbury Center and Cody Thomas, Little Falls, her brother Raymond C. (Joan) Rumrill, Salisbury Center, her granddaughter Leia Christian and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Raymond G. Rumrill on May 7, 2009, her sister Rhonda Sue Estes on May 19, 2003 and by a daughter Jeanette Samantha Mosher on November 29, 2008. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 7:00 pm from the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls with the Rev. Rodney Congdon, Pastor of the Curtiss Corners Stone Chapel officiating. Interment will take place in Curtiss Cemetery, Town of Salisbury in the spring. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home on Friday, March 4, 2011 from 4-7 pm and to attend the funeral services to follow
