I first met Pat in 2009. He was a hardworking man who loved farming and working with the cows and heifers. He was a simple man and did not require much to make him happy and content. He was always quick to laugh, even in the face of adversity. He was also a strong man and never complained about the health crisis he faced. He remained this way until the end. It was a true pleasure to have known him. He might have lost this battle, but his human spirit triumphed until the end. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Patrick.
