Obituary of Timothy A Lynch

CHARLOTTE, NC - Timothy A. Lynch, 64 of Charlotte, NC and formerly a resident of Niskayuna NY passed away on May 12, 2015 at the Charlotte Medical Center - Mercy in Charlotte NC after being stricken at home. He was born in Buffalo NY on January 2, 1951 the son of J. Robert and Mary (Carrig) Lynch of Little Falls NY Tim was retired from the US Postal Service in Albany and prior to that had worked as the parts manager of Nemer VW and other Albany area car dealerships. He is survived by his former wife, Grace Cramer of Niskayuna, their son and daughter, Carrie Lynch (Fiancé Michael Davis) of Lake Norman NC, and Bryan Lynch of Niskayuna. He is also survived by four brothers and a sister; John of Moretown, Vt., Terry of Louisville Co., Maureen Basalla of Rochester, Greg of Waitsfield, Vt., and Dan of Little Falls, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews, in-laws, many close friends, and his canine companion Oscar. A memorial service is planned for Tim on June 20, 2015 at 10:00 am from the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 1803 Union St., Schenectady NY. Friends and family are welcomed to attend.
