To the family of Jane MacDonald, I am so sorry to learn of your dear mother's recent death. I well remember her valuable assistance at the Little Falls Library when I was a newcomer to the area. Several times I heard her talks about the "old timers" and how they lived off the land and how she did it too. She told me she didn't really enjoy cooking but this hobby made it all very interesting. I will send a contribution to the library in happy memory of her.

I worked with Mrs. McDonald for several years at the local library. She was one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. I always remember her speaking fondly of her daughter and grandchildren. I also remember visiting her at her home where she welcomed me and treated me so nicely. I was only 19 but she made a lasting impression on me. Her love of her husband, her daughter and her family, nature, and books were traits that I loved about her. Rest In Peace lovely lady.
