Marsha H Wheeler of Ilion NY passed away on August 23, 2023.

She was born on April 22, 1933, in Detroit Michigan, the daughter of Leo Thomas Healey and Barbara Ann Ochonicky Healey Glover, both who predeceased her.

Marsha married her husband, LTC Raymond David Wheeler USAF in 1956. He predeceased her.

She was also predeceased by her daughter Wendy Wheeler.

Throughout her life she had lived in many places in the world, including Agana Guam, Wiesbaden Germany, and Bangkok Thailand. Most recently she had lived in Ilion, NY.

She graduated from Herkimer High School, and from Rider College.

She was a very involved Cub Scout Den Mother and Brownie Troop leader, and sang in the choir of Emmanuel Episcopal Church Little Falls NY.

She had retired as a financial investment assistant for Costanza Agency, Inc.

Survivors include her son Raymond Wheeler of Anaheim Hills, California; and companion Jake Putch for the past 20 years, enjoying annual trips to Myrtle Beach for the winter to escape the snow.

The family wishes to recognize the caring and compassionate support by Gretchen Kubera of Daughters for Hire during her last year.

A Graveside Service will take place at 11:00 AM, on September 30th, 2023, at the Salisbury Rural Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls, NY 13365.
