We are devastated to hear of the passing of our beloved penpal. During covid my first grader wanted to write to someone and through Facebook we were connected to Mrs Ann. We spent the next years writing to her and eagerly checking the mailbox for her response. Mrs Ann sent my son a few stamps and now he is absolutely enthralled with the post office. We learned of her passing when we received an envelop full of “stamps for Lindy”. I am so appreciative for her daughter’s kindness. Lindy will cherish his last Mrs Ann stamps. We will miss her letters. She was such a treasure and my entire family loved her very much.

I Was very unhappy when I found Ann passed away. I I was familiar with Ann and high school, but she was in my brother and my older cousins Class. I know where she lived as IPassed Her house when we drove to our summer place In Salisbury.
I Have become very interested and Genealogy and help Ann Find her family history by email Since I live in Wyoming, now, I could not get to visit her But we became very good friends online , I know she was a writer because she sent me articles. She’s written We traced our Eysaman Back to the 1600s. We had many chats On the phone and I know she was not well. She sent me pictures of some Eysamans aFriend. Had given her, When she worked in the library. Our route trace to Germany we have many cousins. I am sure I made her life a little bit happier I’m definitely Meyn as she’s on. I am saddened to learn of Ann's passing. It was an honor to have known her. Our many talks, when I worked at Alpine, were wonderful! She was a joy!! Rest in peace, Ann. You will be missed.
