To the Babinec Family: We were very sorry to read about your mother. She was such a lovely lady. On Feb.12th of 1949, my family moved to Flint Ave Ext.and I was in 6th grade at Jefferson St. School. Although. Mrs. Billy was my new teacher, I met your mother, Miss Bowen, and she always impressed me as she was such a lovely. and kind lady. I remember her telling me that she had a new name , Mrs Babinec. I remember being so happy for her. Please know that God has welcomed her into his kingdom and has made her once again an elementary teacher. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
